When summer comes to an end, it brings along a sort of "Oh F*** - what have I been doing these last 4 months besides having the time of my life?!" Mix that in with the massive shifts of change that the fall brings makes for a time to slow down, let the dust settle and map out our next steps. Cleaning out your living space, rearranging your home or schedule and letting go of habits formed during the carefree summer months can be a daunting task. I vote we are in this together!
I have been sharpening my tools for change and want to share my lessons (both hard and effortless) to fall into these last few months of the year with grace and trust.
Sadhana translates to 'a spiritual practice' but also can be describes as 'a means to accomplish something'. Keeping that in mind, we will be focusing on finding clarity in what those next steps look like.
Our time together will be short but sweet. We will meet for 5 mornings at 6:15am to greet the day.
It will be worth the early wake-up call! (If it isn't I will buy you coffee to make everything better).
Mantra, meditation, intention setting and building an alter to share space together, we will move through a strong vinyasa practice based on finding freedom through the flow. We will breakthrough our perceived limitations to discover the courage to move forward and not look back. We will play, laugh, dance, sing and maybe even have a pajama party to celebrate our last day! This will be a wonderful time to deepen your physical yoga practice while also exploring the spiritual aspects that may not always be your cup of tea - but growth will never be found in your comfort zone.
This time of day and style of practice is very dear to me. I have found my greatest moments of clarity and inner power in these sorts of intensive times of self reflection. I am SO thrilled to finally be able to share this with you.
